At Home Rising, every purchase you make directly supports our mission to rescue and care for stray animals. We want you to be completely satisfied with your order.

Returns & Exchanges
We accept returns within 30 days of the delivery date. Items must be:
- Unused and unwashed
- In original packaging with all tags attached
- Accompanied by proof of purchase

Non-Returnable Items
- Pet food & treats (Pet Nutrition Snack Gift Set) — for hygiene reasons
- Items marked "Final Sale"
- Gift cards

Damaged or Defective Items
Contact us within 7 days of delivery at support@alltheluxora.com with photos. We'll arrange a replacement or full refund at no cost.

How to Start a Return
1. Email support@alltheluxora.com with your order number and reason.
2. We'll respond within 2 business days with instructions.
3. Ship the item back. Return shipping is the customer's responsibility unless the item is defective.

Refunds
Approved refunds are processed within 5–10 business days to your original payment method.

Charitable Donations
A portion of every sale goes to stray animal rescue. Your charitable impact remains even if you return an item.
